My why… I first put my hand up for the Aotearoa Legalise Cannabis Party (ALCP) in 2010. As a mother and grandma, I felt I needed to be part of a change for cannabis law reform. Thirteen years later I'm now a great grandma still needing to be part of the change for a legal and regulated, safe market. Giving all the mokopuna freedom of choice, the truth, justice, 'legal regulated for safe personal use'.
I was born in Auckland 1959. Two adult children, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Live in Mangamuka. Have worked in retail, food courts, administration in resource centre, Te Kohanga Reo in Pawarenga, qualified hairdresser. Stall holder at the Kaitaia Saturday market. Co-leader ALCP.
