Why I'm standing

I'm standing because I love East Auckland and want a council that actually fixes what matters. As a local business owner and parent, I see the real impact of wasted spending and poor decisions. Too many people feel ignored by council. My motivation is to bring fresh energy, common sense and accountability so our community gets the basics right and builds a future we're proud of.

About me

I am a husband, father and business owner who has built and run companies here in East Auckland. Through that experience I've learned discipline, accountability and how to make every dollar count. I believe in straight talking, hard work and listening to people. Deeply connected through family, schools and local groups, I bring a grounded, practical voice and a commitment to serve with energy, integrity and a focus on community needs.

My priorities
  1. Cap rates and cut wasteful spending as families are under pressure. Council must live within its means.
  2. Ensure development only happens if roads, schools and infrastructure are ready so liveability is not sacrificed.
  3. Future proof, think ahead and reward locals for local progress.
