Why I'm standing

I believe the Taieri has everything to offer. It is great place to live and work, and it can only get better. However, I am very focused on ensuring that sensible decisions are made to address the traffic issues in Mosgiel and that these solutions are actioned in a timely manner to keep up with the population growth and development in the region.

About me

I have the energy and commitment to fully explore the issues and have a good understanding of the communication channels within council to ensure the Taieri community are heard. I am friendly and open and I can think outside the box to find solutions that will give the greatest benefit to this region.

My priorities
  1. Continue to pressure council and government to address traffic issues in Mosgiel.
  2. Keep pressure on DCC and ORC to continue all necessary work on flood protection on the Taieri.
  3. Encourage extension of regular bus services between Outram and Mosgiel.
