Develop the second spatial plan, including regional deal partners, CODC and ORC.
Continue working with central government through the regional deal framework to provide appropriate housing with enabling infrastructure.
Continue working with central government to ensure growth pays for growth and support the community housing trust.
Cap short-term visitor accommodation consents.
Facilitate high-rise zoning in areas suited to the protection of view shafts and sunlight.
Fund community housing projects in partnership with central government.
