Why I'm standing

I don't believe in standing back and criticising from the sidelines. If you care about your community, really care, you step forward. You get stuck in, have the hard conversations, and help make things better. That's what leadership means to me, showing up, being accountable and doing the work, right here in Ruapehu.

About me

I bring 16 years of corporate experience, a Business Management degree and a foundation in strategic and financial management to the table. As the owner of two businesses, I navigate complex regulations and support people through real challenges, with integrity, empathy and heart. Taumarunui is my home, and I'm committed to serving Ruapehu with practical skills, transparent leadership and genuine care. I know how to listen, how to lead and how to get things done.

My priorities
  1. Deliver LWDW with strong planning, cost-effective delivery and outcomes that truly serve Ruapehu.
  2. Strengthen housing security through education, compliance and community partnerships.
  3. Support local enterprise and grow Ruapehu's economy with care and inclusion.
